These programs utilize minimal equipment.  In addition to the items listed below, we recommend some items that you may have at home:  something to put your heels on (a 2' x 4', an old book, etc), a workout step or a stair, a bench or chair, and objects to reach toward with your foot (tennis ball, sock, etc).

 Running Programs

You will need a few items for all of the running program workouts.  In addition to the items listed below, we recommend some items that you may have at home: PVC pipe/broom stick, a workout step or a stair, dumbbells, and a jump rope.
