The Foundation Running Program is designed for runners just starting out their journey or maybe just running a few days a week but looking to get more out of it. The focus is to help the body move in the directions needed with the strength required of running it is designed to help you run better so you will get more out of every step. Start this at any time in training and you will benefit by feeling better, running further and maybe going faster.
Many runners have committed to racing a specific race or establish a qualifying time. The Personal Best Running Program has been developed for the engaged athlete who is very likely running every day. It understands that you have a base of fitness already in place and will help you correct common movement problems and add strength where it is needed, so you get more out of the effort you are putting in. If you have set time goals for this season or maybe justwant bragging rights on a segment, this program is for you.
If you are logging the big miles in preparation for a marathon or ultramarathon, the Endure Running Program is written for you. With higher repetition of exercises but not a high expectation of your time, it focuses on movement patterns and whole-body strength needed to correct common asymmetries and weaknesses found in distance runners. Completion of this program in the first half of your training cycle will help get you to your finish line.
