One Thing That Really Surprised Me About the Pros

baseball nathan denning pitcher performance & durability pitching readiness

I've worked several professional pitchers, and one thing that I've noticed that they do, especially the ones with proven durability and minimal injuries, is that they have a routine that they go to. They have certain things that they do every day that gets them ready to throw.  That's not all, though.   They also do things on the back end to help them recover. If  they don't do those things, they don't feel like they're ready to go.  Those pitchers realize that having a consistent program for readiness, restoration, and development is key to not only their success on the mound, but their ability to stay on the mound throughout the season.

We developed Pitcher Performance & Durability to be that kind of program . . . one that focuses on the areas necessary to keep your arm and body in the best shape possible.  You can learn more about our Pitcher Performance & Durability Program here.
