Meet Dr. Todd Arnold

Hi, I'm Todd Arnold.  I'm a sports medicine physician along with my partner, Phil Plisky, who has developed Athlete Development Solutions for individual athletes just like yourself.  For me, it was a natural progression to become a sports medicine physician after playing youth sports and then proceeding through high school and even collegiate athletics.  But then I got trained as a physician, and I got very focused on injury management.  Athletes that would have an injury and they'd come to the clinic and we would manage that acutely for them and then hopefully get them back onto the field back to where they were.  But maybe after about ten years or so, this morphed and I changed.  And what I took joy in was actually prevention of injury and performance enhancement.  And hopefully that's what we can bring to you.  What I enjoy the most is taking an athlete that's maybe been injured, but maybe not been injured, and identifying where the limitations are for their ability to be as fast as they can be or throw an implement as far as they can and get them to the level that they desire.  This has afforded me the opportunity to serve as the medical officer for USA Track and Field, to do that very thing for the potential Olympic athletes that we care for . . . helping them to stay healthy, not get injured and then actually enhance their performance by working with their coaches and biomechanists and strength and conditioning coaches to develop programs so that they can be their very best.  I get up every morning so that you can be your best as well.  And with this program, if you implement this as an individual, we'll help you move better, it will help you be better, and it can actually help you be a better athlete that your coach can then mold into the best player you can possibly be.  We hope that we can meet you where you're at right now.
