What I love about the Pitcher Performance & Durability Program

We created our Pitcher Performance & Durability Program to provide pitchers at all levels with a comprehensive training regimen to maximize performance and increase durability.  The great thing about this program is that it gives players a systematic way to go about their training. The program focus on 4 different categories of training to help you build performance and then help you stay durable so that you can stay on the mound and continue to throw.

The four training categories are:

  1. Body Readiness
  2. Arm Readiness
  3. Arm & Body Restoration
  4. Arm & Body Development

Within those four categories, it helps you to peak when you get back on the mound so that you can perform at your best level.  It also helps you recover. So the best thing about these programs is not only will you gain the performance side, but you'll also recover in time to have your peak performance by the next time you step on the mound.

We've used this program with players from Little League to Major League Baseball.   One professional player that we worked with told us that he typically has an angry shoulder every year. So every time he steps on the mound, his arm gets sore, gets tired, gets heavy. He told us since starting this program, he has not had an angry shoulder for the whole season.  A collegiate player, who has missed time every year due to multiple injuries, started the program earlier this year.  He told us this is the first year that he has not missed any games.   That is amazing!

When you go through this program, you know exactly what to do and when to do it.  We lay it out based on your start date, so you'll have programmed days for each component.  Following this program will help you reach your fullest potential maximize performance each time you step on the mound.  That is what I love about this program!
